Adobe Acrobat Alternative via /r/pdf

Adobe Acrobat Alternative

I’ve been using Adobe Acrobat for as long as I can remember. Nowadays it seems like there are so many more options and I don’t know about you but I find that there’s almost nothing quite as aggressive as an Adobe Acrobat automatic update. It seriously fills me with dread when that icon pops up. Anyway, my company has always paid for my Adobe Creative Suite but I’ve just started a new job. I have been looking into a few different options and have found that PDF Pro (https://www.pdfpro.co/features) works really well. I know there are loads of free/budget editors out there. Before I commit to the full paid plan anyone have some other recommendations so I can stop this Adobe Acrobat nonsense?
